What is Garnify?
Garnify is a CRM for catering and mobile bar companies. Every event lives on one card, from the client's first message to the "did you enjoy it?" call. The whole team sees the same thing, and everyone knows their task.
How do I bring order to my catering business?
Put each event in one place instead of chats, spreadsheets and sticky notes: the inquiry, quote, menu, team and inventory. Then add quote templates, online client approval and one shared task list. Is Garnify only for bars?
No. We started with bar catering, but an event in Garnify is a set of services: bar, kitchen, coffee, equipment. It fits any off-site caterer.
Does Garnify work for a small team?
Yes. You can start on your own: the core is simple, and other sections open up when you need them. Bartenders and helpers install nothing: shifts arrive in Telegram.
Which languages does Garnify support?
Latvian, English and Russian. You, your team and your client each pick your own.
Day to day
How does a client approve a quote?
You send a link to a client page in your branding. The client reads the quote on their phone and approves it in one tap. A PDF is there too.
How do bartender shifts work?
You offer a shift, the bartender confirms in the Telegram bot. On the day, photos from the venue land on the event timeline. No app to install.
Can I work with agencies and venues?
Yes. A partner sends you a lead in one click and watches it become an event. Partners see client prices, never your costs.
Do I have to enter costs?
No. The client price is the main number. You can add costs if you like, but nothing is blocked without them.
How do I stop losing glassware and equipment?
The pick list is built from the event. When loading and on return, the team ticks off what went out and what came back.
Moving in and your data
Can I bring in what I already keep in Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload a file, a photo or a Google Sheets link, and Garnify sorts out the events, clients, recipes and inventory for you.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Clients, quotes, recipes and inventory are yours, and you can export them even if you decide not to continue.
Pricing
How much does Garnify cost?
The first 2 months are free with everything included. After that the core is €29 a month, and it's free for small teams with up to 5 events a month. "All included" is €99 a month. Prices exclude VAT.
What happens after the trial?
You choose which sections to keep. The core stays free up to 5 events a month, and sections have free levels. Your data stays yours.
Do I pay extra for the AI import?
No, it's part of the core.
